All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded or reshipped without additional charges.
